After confirming the order, the sales team again works with the production department to double-check the technical requirements. The production department then develops a production plan to ensure that the goods are delivered within the deadline.

In order to complete production on time, Getec arranges for specialists to oversee production and track the progress of goods produced. After-sales department provides weekly updates to the customer on the production progress. If there are any changes, our staff will inform the customer and discuss with them as soon as possible.

Inspection before shipment
After the production of the equipment is completed, the inspector will inspect the equipment to ensure that it can operate normally and meet the customer’s requirements before shipping. We warmly welcome any third-party organization to come to our factory for pre-delivery inspection, as well as supervising the installation during delivery.
